We strive for excellent customer service and speedy shipping. Although we would love for you to have your "Glitta By Morning,"  it is not realistic, as all orders are shipped via USPS in typically 1-3 business days.  Once the order leaves our hands, it is at the mercy of the courier to quickly deliver it to your door.   In the event Glamarillo experiences a high volume of orders, there may be a delay in shipment as orders are processed and shipped in the order they are received. In this case, most orders usually ship within 5 business days.  COVID update: If shipping is delayed beyond 5 BUSINESS DAYS, you will be notified of the delay and an approximate shipping date.

Although we do not accept returns or exchanges, please contact us if there is an error with your order.  We are human and mistakes do happen even though we triple check everything!  Sorry, but once an order is placed and paid for we can not issue a refund.  

Our checkout page is secure and we accept Paypal.  All invoices must be paid prior to shipment.  Shipping charges will be calculated at check out and is the customers responsibility. Unless you are contacted with an issue with your order, usually most orders will be shipped in 1-3 business days. In the event Glamarillo experiences a high volume of orders, it may take longer for your order to be processed and packaged causing a delay in shipment.  However, most orders will usually ship within  business days.

All glitter is sold in 1 ounce increments, hand weighed and securely packaged in BPA free zip lock type bags, unless specified otherwise.

For Amarillo area shoppers ONLY:  Free hand to hand or door to door delivery in aprox. 30 mile radius of Amarillo. If requested, add Code: AMAfree at checkout.  We will schedule delivery time ASAP, usually within 1-3 business days by email.  We will attempt to meet one time only.  If customer cancels or is a no show, an invoice for shipping will be sent. Purchase will only be mailed upon payment of shipping. If shipping is not paid within 72 hours of invoice, item may be returned to stock and will be shipped when in stock upon payment of shipping invoice. 

Ineligible Coupon/ Code use: If any coupon code is used by an ineligible customer and shipping is not calculated and paid at time of order, invoice for shipping will be emailed.  If invoice is not paid within 24 hours, item will be returned to stock. If payment is received within 24 hours for shipping; item will be shipped  within 1-3 business days.  All eligibility determination is at discretion of staff.  Please see Terms and Conditions.
