Sand Plum- Fine 0.015

Sand Plum is a plum red fine glitter.  It i a fine 0.015 hex flake. It is not a bright red like a Christmas red but has a darker tint to it. It is metallic and not as sparkly as other glitters and therefore, this will be a great option for those men in your life that are afraid of the bling. Sand Plums are also known as Sandhill plums, and Chickasaw Plums.  I remember, as a child, stopping on the side of the highway or driving down old country dirt roads with my Grandmother, in search of Sandhill plums to pick for jelly.  These plum bushes grow wild in pastures and along the roadways.  We would fill up bags and boxes full of them to take home and cook down so Grandma could make jelly with them. This glitter allows for more coverage using less product when used as a base coat and adds luxurious detail to indoor pictures, signs, sets, shoes, tumblers and other art projects. It works great with glues, epoxy and spray adhesives but, always test prior to use in your project..
